At this time, I can only handle shipping in the USA.

📦 Shipping and handling

All print and bookmark orders are shipped via USPS (US postal service) with tracking for your convenience and peace of mind. Your art prints will be carefully packaged in a rigid paper mailer and with love to ensure their safe arrival.

📮 When can I expect my newest addition(s)?

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

👀 Read me for *sticker only orders* These orders will ship via stamp postage and will not have a tracking number.

💌 Can I refund or exchange my goodies?
All items purchased from ByBrownie are considered final sale. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged. I've taken great care in curating and creating the products.
